Cold Room Panels: Superior Insulation and Maximum Durability
Our cold room panels, which form the core of industrial refrigeration systems, are manufactured in accordance with KESKİNSO engineering standards and high-quality production principles. All of our products are optimized to provide maximum energy efficiency and uninterrupted performance, even under the most demanding operating conditions.
Technical Specifications and Advantages
Excellent Surface Quality and Coating Options
Both sides of our panels are manufactured from 0.50 mm thick high-strength galvanized steel sheets. Depending on your hygiene and durability requirements, panels are available with Polyester, CrNi (Stainless Steel), or PVDF coating options.
High-Density Polyurethane Core
To eliminate thermal bridges and maximize insulation performance, our panels are filled with 42 kg/m³ density polyurethane foam. This high-density insulation core provides outstanding thermal efficiency and long-term energy savings.
International Fire Safety Standards
With safety as a top priority, our polyurethane insulation materials can be produced according to DIN 4102 fire classification standards:
-
B1 – Flame Retardant
-
B2 – Normally Flammable
-
B3 – Easily Flammable
High Pressure Resistance
Our structurally reinforced wall panels provide 1.20 kg/cm² pressure resistance, ensuring safe and stable installation even in large-scale industrial projects.
Superior Sound Insulation
All panel thickness options offer approximately 25 dB sound insulation, helping to reduce noise pollution in industrial environments and improve workplace comfort.
Wide Range of Thickness Options for Every Project
To ensure the most suitable insulation performance according to your required storage temperature and regional climate conditions, we offer a comprehensive range of panel thicknesses.
