Cold room systems are essential for safely storing food, pharmaceuticals, and industrial products. Proper installation, usage, and maintenance directly affect system efficiency and performance.
Panels are connected using an eccentric cam lock system. Floor, wall, and ceiling panels are installed as separate groups. Floor panels are locked together first, followed by “U” profiles placed around the perimeter. Wall panels are then installed sequentially and fixed at corner joints using interior accessories. Finally, ceiling panels are locked on top of the wall panels. All joints are sealed with silicone to ensure airtight insulation.
Refrigeration systems are divided into monoblock and split units. Monoblock units are installed directly onto the panel structure. Split systems consist of an indoor evaporator and an outdoor condenser. Copper piping and communication wiring are installed between the units.
The power supply must be stable at 220V or 380V ±5%. Proper grounding is mandatory before operation.
Before first use, the cold room should be cleaned and operated empty for 24 hours. Hot products should not be loaded suddenly into the system.
Set the control panel switch to “ON” and adjust the desired temperature value.
Switch the main control button to the “OFF” position.
The system should be cleaned regularly using mild soapy water. Abrasive or corrosive chemicals must not be used.
Condenser and fan units should be inspected regularly, and professional maintenance should be performed at least once a year.
Always disconnect the power supply before maintenance. All components should be inspected regularly.
